Prioritize rebuilding your strength postpartum from the core outward! The fundamental and most crucial step for our postpartum bodies is re-establishing connection with our core and pelvic floor. This foundational work should take precedence over any other form of training! This program is 7 weeks long; there is a video for each week to allow you to perform as many times in the day/week as you can and see fit.

Guideline for starting this program: 1-2 weeks post vaginal delivery, 3-4 weeks post c-section, any other postpartum timeline can start immediately.
